Tatiana Aholou

Tatiana Aholou is a 4-time Team Canada athlete based in Montréal, specialising in sprint hurdles. She is a 2025 World Indoor Championships semi-finalist in the 60m hurdles, and earned bronze medals in the 100m hurdles at the 2023 and 2024 Canadian Championships. Tatiana continues to rise as one of Canada’s top sprint hurdlers, combining elite performance with drive and consistency on the national and international stage.
