Deji Akande, CEO & Founder

With a vision to build his own agency at 16 years old, Deji embarked on a journey to become equipped with the expertise and experience to create his vision for the future of sports, entertainment and athlete representation.

After a decade career working with the biggest brands, athletes and sports rights holders in the world - he quit his job, and launched his own agency. A husband & father of two, he re-structured his whole life and picked up two side hustle jobs to bootstrap fund his dream.

Today, Deji leads one of the most exciting agencies in their space, working with some of the best athletes in the world, and partnering with global brands such as Nike, Allianz, Gymshark, NatWest, Disney, Snapchat, P&G and more.
