Jayla Jamison

Jayla Jamison is an American sprinter who competes for the University of South Carolina Gamecocks track and field team. Originally from West Columbia, South Carolina, she specialises in the 100m, 200m and relay events.

A standout collegiate athlete, Jamison was part of the 2024 NCAA Indoor Championship–winning 4×400m relay team and has earned multiple NCAA All-American honours across indoor and outdoor competition. She has also received All-SEC recognition and helped set several program-level relay performances at South Carolina. Before college, Jamison was one of the most decorated athletes in her state, winning multiple South Carolina state titlesand earning three Gatorade South Carolina Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year awards during her high-school career.
